A study from Norway shows that High Doses of Vitamin D (20,000 IU/ week ) is not effective against MS : “…Supplementation with 20,000 IU vitamin D3 weekly did not result in beneficial effects on the measured multiple sclerosis-related outcomes…”

Measured outcomes were : ” Annualized relapse rate (ARR), EDSS, multiple sclerosis functional composite (MSFC) components, grip strength, and fatigue”

Duration of supplementation : 96 weeks
