MND:Ok, so the study was sponsored by Hershey….But still, cocoa’s polyphenols have been shown to be beneficial. We are talking here about high coaoa content chocolate (>70%) Will the chocolate cover neutralize the carbohydrate effects of the dough of my cookie? We hope….
